BVES PTA Teacher Breakfast
PTA Sponsored Staff Breakfast August 17th, 2026
Please consider donating food items or a few minutes of your time to help run a successful staff breakfast.
We need help setting up, making/taking in food, and cleaning up!
Please drop off food beginning at 7:50am - 8:15am. Please drop off items in the staff lounge down stairs.

BVES Fun Run!
BVES PTA sponsors the Fun Run fundraiser! Each class participates for a set period of time throughout the day. More details coming in Wednesday Folders.

BVES STEAM Night
Join us for STEAM Night on Thursday, December 11, from 5:30-7:00pm for an evening of hands-on learning and family fun! We’ll explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math through interactive stations — from navigating robots to building the tallest tower, solving math puzzles and conducting experiments.
Every student gets a STEAM Passport at check-in. Visit at least 10 stations to earn stamps and trade a completed passport for a prize.
Grab a slice of pizza, purchase a baked good from the SCA, and participate in some fun STEAM activities!
We need volunteers! We are looking for some volunteers to lead a station. This is a great opportunity for middle or high school students looking for volunteer hours, or a family member who wants to donate a bit of time to support all our students. All materials and directions will be provided.
BVES PTA Chili Cook Off
Our annual PTA-sponsored Chili Cook Off! Compete against other families with your special sauce and secret recipes!

The PTA is hosting our second annual Spelling Bee for students to show off their spelling skills!

BVES Scholastic Book Fair
Join us at the Book Fair and start your next literary adventure.
The Book Fair will be open during school hours from 9:00am to 11:00am and 1:30pm-3:30pm each day.
Are you able to volunteer an hour or two to staff the Book Fair? We rely on volunteers to make it happen! Look for registration information in Wednesday folders.

You’ll manage event logistics, coordinate volunteers, communicate with families, and support enrichment programs—all while keeping events on budget.
